**Location:** Recovery Support Limited, 41 Newhall Lane Bolton BL1 5LW
**Salary:** £24,960 per annum (pro rata)
**Hours:** Part-time – 22.5 hours per week (pro rata working hours)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR and Recruitment Assistant to join our office team. You will play a key role in helping us recruit, onboard, and support our frontline care staff. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is passionate about making a difference behind the scenes in the care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• - Assist with the full recruitment cycle: advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
• - Support the onboarding process: completing compliance checks (DBS, references), managing induction paperwork, and scheduling training
• - Maintain and update employee records in line with CQC and company requirements
• - Assist with staff communications, training reminders, and policy updates
• - Handle day-to-day HR admin, including holiday tracking, training logs, and queries
• - Work closely with the care coordination and management teams to ensure staffing needs are met
• - Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
Requirements:
• - Experience in HR or recruitment (care sector experience preferred)
• - Strong organisational and communication skills
• - Confidence working with Microsoft Office and digital systems
• - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• - Discretion, reliability, and a team-focused approach
• - Understanding of the care or health sector is desirable
