The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team, working on a busy distribution centre site. This is a hands-on role involving a mix of reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of all plumbing systems across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs across the distribution centre
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on water systems
* Conducting water compliance testing, including temperature checks and sampling
* Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards
* Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a commercial plumber
* Experience working in a facilities management or building services environment
* Knowledge of water hygiene and compliance (Legionella awareness desirable)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good xsngvjr problem-solving skills and attention to detail
