The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you'll represent both Agua Spa and Sea Containers London, creating experiences that leave lasting impressions of relaxation, balance, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a variety of luxury spa treatments – including massages, facials, and body therapies – to the highest professional standard.
* Provide a warm, welcoming, and reassuring presence for every guest throughout their spa journey.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of all treatments, products, and seasonal promotions.
* Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa spaces.
* Confidently recommend and promote retail products to enhance the guest experience and support overall spa performance.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the spa and hotel to uphold the highest levels of service and guest care.
Salary
Up to £19 p/h, plus benefits.
