Responsibilities
* Utilise expertise of the local property market to facilitate successful lettings transactions.
* Demonstrate empathy and diplomacy when handling sensitive situations involving landlords and tenants.
* Ensure meticulous attention to detail in documentation and legal compliance to minimise errors.
* Adapt to changing market conditions and client needs to maximise business opportunities.
* Negotiate rental terms effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
* Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Build and maintain a strong network of contacts.
* Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
* Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem‑solving to address challenges promptly.
* Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
