Our client, based in Ilkeston, is looking for an experienced and motivated welder to join their growing team. Hours & Pay: • Rotating Days & Afternoons: Days: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday) / 7:00am - 2:30pm (Friday) - £13.19 per hour Afternoons: 1:30pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday) - £15.07 Key Responsibilities: • Performing welding and assembly tasks • Set up and operate welding machines • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed • Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area • Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Essential Skills & Experience: • Experience with welding equipment or manufacturing machinery • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness • Ability to read and follow work instructions • Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment Benefits: • Competitive pay rate • Overtime available • Temp to perm opportunity • A supportive and dynamic team environment If you’re looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable employer, apply today to be considered for this exciting role!
