Are you dedicated to supporting young people with SEND to be fully prepared for adult life? We are looking for a Provision Leader for learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and highly complex needs (e.g. medical/ sensory). You will lead and develop our Experiential provision and Pre-Formal curriculum offer.
Redwood is a large special school for learners with a wide range of complex SEND from 11-19. This is an exciting time for Redwood; demand for places is high and we are continuing to grow and develop our offer. The successful candidate:

* Will possess the emotional and physical resilience necessary when working with young people with a range of complex needs
* Will have the ability to foster good relationships with other staff, learners and the wider community
* Will be an effective team player with the ability to lead, direct and develop teaching and support staff

The successful candidate will be required to commence work September 2026 or earlier.
