We are seeking a driver to join our family of Care Homes. As a driver, you will be responsible for the driving needs of the home, transporting our residents, visitors and staff safely to and from the home and making all kinds of journeys. As the driver for the home, you will play an important part in ensuring that our residents receive the best care and support. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the vehicle(s) in good condition ensuring that they are clean and roadworthy at all times.
About The Role
Responsibilities include:
· Transporting staff members to and from the home at the start and end of shifts
· Transporting family members / visitors to and from the home
· Driving residents for various outings and appointments (e.g. hospital) and interacting with the residents and their family members
· Collecting medication from pharmacy

Essential Requirements:
Full, clean UK Drivers Licence
Experience of driving a minibus and / or adapted vehicles
Passion for elderly care
Friendly disposition, patient and respectful
Willingness to work flexibly in accordance with the needs of the home (E.g housekeeping, catering and wellbeing duties etc)
