Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Central London
Location: Central London & West End
Salary: £50,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management company? We’re hiring for a Foot Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end commercial offices in Central London and the West End.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
* Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing
* Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment
* Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components
* Keep accurate service records using a PDA system
* Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks
* Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations
* Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues
What We’re Looking For:
* City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
* Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach
