Responsibilities
1. Drive HSE awareness through workforce engagement, coaching, and training initiatives
2. Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance across subcontractors and equipment
3. Support and manage risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safe systems of work
4. Oversee Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure proper control of hazardous materials
5. Monitor and report HSE performance, track KPIs, and assist with incident investigations
6. Promote environmental compliance and sustainability best practices across site activities
Essential Requirements
7. Qualification in HSE or an engineering-related discipline
8. NEBOSH Diploma
9. Strong background in onshore projects
10. Experience with construction design regulations, inspections, and investigations
11. IMCA and IOGP experience
Desirable Requirements:
12. ISO Lead Auditor
13. HSE experience within the Oil & Gas sector
14. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety leadership
