1. £12.21 per hour
2. Limavady Health Centre (Temporary Part-Time, 30 hrs per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)
3. Waterside Health Centre (Temporary Full-Time, 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday)
4. Both roles are for approximately 2 months with immediate start
Duties include:
5. Maintenance of general filing systems
6. Operation of computerised information system
7. Recording and distribution of incoming mail/post and dealing with routine correspondence and outgoing mail and distribution to relevant staff
8. Prioritise and organise work effectively
9. Answering telephone calls and responding appropriately / Reception duties
10. Assist with the production, presentation and distribution of written documentation using Microsoft Word, including letters, memos, funding submissions and reports
Criteria:
11. 5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent or higher educational standard*
12. OR 2 years’ administrative/clerical experience
13. *The above educational criteria will be waived for candidates who have a disability as defined under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. These candidates will automatically be shortlisted but will be required, together with all other shortlisted candidates, to undertake the range of aptitude tests
14. Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
15. Knowledge of computer packages (E.g. MS Office, Email etc.)
