We're currently looking for Drainage Operatives to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. If you're skilled, proactive, and ready to contribute to a dynamic workforce, we want to hear from you.
Essential Role Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card
* Strong experience in drainage (internal and external), ensuring safe and level areas are created for setting up site drainage systems
* Competent in external works, including slabs, kerbs, and edgings
* Able to dig footings and concrete
* Skilled in banking and working with 360 Machines and Dumpers
* Confident in reading and understanding levels and drawings
* Competent in carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections/maintenance checks and reporting requirements to site management (Dumpers/Rollers)
* Experienced working around live services and applying safe service avoidance techniques
* Proactive and able to manage time effectively
Desirable:
* Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers)
* 5+ years' experience in drainage or groundwork roles
* Experienced working as part of gangs/teams (highly desirable for this role)

* Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site
* Supports programme delivery and project deadlines
* Right to work in the UK
