We are currently looking to add a talented Solicitor to our leading Medical Negligence team to be based in our Birmingham office.
As the leading clinical and medical negligence law firm in the UK, we know how to make a positive difference to our client’s lives. Our experienced medical negligence solicitors take the time to understand what clients are going through, helping them get the answers and compensation they deserve.
Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in clinical negligence claims including but not limited to obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care.
About the Team
Our Solicitors handle a wide range of serious clinical negligence claims, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric cases. The team is headed by Luke Daniels the Regional Head of the Medical Negligence team in Birmingham, known for securing impressive results for clients facing life-changing injuries.
The Role
· Manage your own caseload of multi-track medical negligence files
· Support senior colleagues on complex, high-severity cases
· Provide clear, practical legal advice and client-focused service
· Seek interim payments where appropriate to support rehabilitation and care
About You
· NQ Solicitor in medical negligence
· Experience across high-value, multi-track claims
· Strong technical ability and attention to detail
· Empathetic, collaborative and committed to delivering excellent client outcomes
