Sales Advisor - Utilities (Water)
Salary: £26,678-£29,987 (negotiable up to £34K DOE) + OTE £40K in 1st year, uncapped commission
Location: Peterlee | 37.5 hrs/week | Hybrid after 12 weeks

What you'll do:
* Make outbound calls to SMEs using high-quality data
* Build rapport, uncover needs, and close deals
* Manage your pipeline, hit targets, and generate leads for other services
* Handle objections like a pro and maximise every call
Who we're looking for:
* 12+ months B2B outbound sales experience
* Confident on the phone with strong relationship-building skills
* Target-driven, organised, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in utilities/water is a bonus, but strong sales skills matter most
