Data Analyst – Global Fintech Leader (Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Rate: Up to £285 per day (umbrella)
Duration: 9-month contract (current end date: September 2026)

About the Role
We’re partnering with a global fintech leader to hire a Data Analyst within their Customer Success Data Science team, driving data capabilities and insights across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Build robust data foundations – Work with engineering teams to improve data integrity, pipelines, and governance across international markets.
* Develop actionable dashboards – Create scalable, user-friendly dashboards that deliver real-time insights on key performance metrics (tNPS, Issue Resolution, AHT, etc.).
* Deliver deep-dive analytics – Conduct root-cause analysis to identify pain points and drive operational improvements.
* Support experimentation – Analyse A/B test outcomes to optimize customer and digital experiences.
* Influence through storytelling – Translate data insights into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions across business units.
What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years’ experience in Data Analytics or Data Science (ideally within Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience).
* Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
* Proficiency in Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualization tools.
* Experience with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.
* Exposure to Python or R for automation, experimentation, or analytics.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field (or equivalent experience).
