The Opportunity: Sales Solutions Manager

The Impact you will have:
Project manage and demonstrate sector expertise with knowledge & involvement in all Briggs customer opportunities when engaged.
Provide a weekly direct forecast to the relevant Sales Manager for designated blade accounts.
Provide “Solutions Report” for all surveys, assist with quote generation, presentation material, order confirmation sign off and commissioning support.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of placing orders and generating quotations, as specified by the company.
Create and maintain a sector portfolio dashboard on Salesforce that can be used to monitor all sector opportunities.
Establish and maintain internal relationships and work in collaboration across all departments.
Attend Regional & Corporate sales meetings.
Achievement of Supported Target and objectives
Provide “in-field” & “internal” coaching, including development on products and applications.
Work with sales teams to identify sector opportunities, working alongside key supply partners, whilst sharing the industry best practices and continuous Improvement.
Assist Sales Teams in writing detailed technical proposals with a focus on added value, which should include such things as Material Flow & TCO analysis.
Adopt and promote continuous improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales teams. This should include regular ‘what worked / what didn't work' reviews.
Work with the implementation team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in line with our customers' expectations.
Remain up to date with the latest H&S guidance surrounding MHE use in the workplace.
Develop bespoke sector strategies: Marketplace costs, competitor pricing, competitor product knowledge (FABs). Identify market-sector innovations and gather and review relevant market data to identify emerging commercial opportunities and trends within prospective accounts/market sectors.
Ensure all solution offerings consider the environmental policies of Briggs and our customers.
What will help you to excel in this role:
Passion to learn and develop within the designated sector
Project line management experience desirable
Ideal person will have an understanding & experience of CAD design
Proven background in selling specialist products and solutions
Knowledge of both core and non-core products desirable
Proven experience within a wide range of industrial applications
Demonstrable experience in presenting complex solutions
