Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dance and sports coaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages within PE and extra curricularclubs. As a Dance Coach, you will be responsible for developing dancers' skills, fostering a love for dance, and creating an engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Follow plans and create positive lessons for all children
* Teach fundamental dance techniques and choreography across different styles.
* Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance.
* Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth.
* Collaborate with other coaches and school staff.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dance trends and coaching methodologies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, particularly in dance or related disciplines.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
* A genuine passion for dance and the ability to inspire others.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexibly within school hours.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
