Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the packaging sector
* Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
* Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to packaging leadership roles
* Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
* Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in packaging
* Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment
* Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, preferably in packaging
* Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
* Proficiency in recruitment technologies and candidate management systems
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* In-depth knowledge of packaging industries preferred
* Experience working with packaging organizations
* Experience in selling a retained search solution
* Advanced digital and social media recruiting skills
