As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Monitor and track order statuses, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Prepare and generate reports for the customer service department.

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
