Conduct high-quality vehicle maintenance in line with manufacturer standards and guidelines
Perform vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and inspections to ensure safety and reliability
Accurately diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
Provide professional technical advice and outstanding customer service
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfactionRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a dealership environment
Valid UK driving licence; an MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
