Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Counter Sales team member to join our established business in Penryn. This is a varied role combining Customer Service, Warehouse duties with customer-facing responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serving customers on the counter during busy periods and answering phones
2. Providing excellent customer service and support to colleagues
3. Accepting and checking deliveries, putting stock away
4. Preparing stock for customer collections and packaging deliveries
5. Fulfilling web orders accurately and efficiently
6. Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and shop environment
7. Excellent IT Skills, training will be given

11. Self-starter who can work independently when required
