Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Driver
to join a busy warehouse operation based in
Redditch. This is a
temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a great pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck to move, locate, load, and stack products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a key role in ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently while supporting the wider warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently
Moving and storing stock within narrow aisle racking systems
Loading and unloading deliveries
Picking and replenishing stock when required
Performing daily equipment checks and reporting faults
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting general warehouse duties when needed
Requirements:
Valid
Bendi/Flexi Forklift licence
(RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi truck in a warehouse setting
Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
