Location: Ysgol Y Foel Out of School Club, located within Ysgol Y Foel Cilcain
Vacancy: Level 2 Childcare Worker to join our Setting. We are a new wraparound provision. Offering childcare for children aged between 2 – 11 years old.
Salary: Starts at national minimum wage rising depending on experience and qualifications
4 Days per week: Monday to Thursday
Hours per week: 16 hours initially with possibility of additional hours if demand is there. Hours will mainly be between 11.20 am – 3.20 pm. This is a zero-hours contract.
The Trustees of Ysgol Y Foel Out of School Club are seeking to appoint a Childcare Worker to provide support supervising children in the wraparound provision.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide quality play and learning opportunities, helping children and young people to develop.
Appointment is subject to Disclosure & Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and Right to Work in the UK checks.
Closing Date: 17th December 2025 at 13:00
Provisional Interview Date: Wednesday 15th January 2026.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend to spend some time in the setting prior to interview.
