Training lead - sap enterprise resource planning (erp) - manager

The role

:

Over the last few years, we have been very successful in disrupting the competition and we are now rapidly expanding our team to cement our position as the leading partner for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Transformation Programmes. We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to take our Finance and ERP Consulting practice to the next level. Currently, we are looking for an ERP Training Lead at Manager Level to join the team.

What your days will look like:

1. Working within Business Change teams on our biggest business-led programmes and projects

2. Developing and implementing forward-thinking Training strategies, tailored to specific client needs, to drive strong adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working

3. Working in an agile environment, collaborating with a diverse (technical and non-technical) group of internal (PwC) and external (client) stakeholders

4. Supporting the development of tailored Training plans, in line with overall programme timelines, activities and milestones

5. Developing or overseeing the development of persona-based Training Needs Assessments, Training Curriculums, and training learner journeys

6. Coordinating the development of training materials to be delivered through a blended approach to learning (e.g. e-learns, classroom-based training, quick reference guides)

7. Implementing training delivery plans to successfully train and upskill client end user populations

8. Developing and implementing forward-thinking Training and Adoption initiatives such as hackathons and virtual escape rooms, to drive enhanced learning outcomes

9. Managing the transition of change for our clients - facilitating knowledge transfer and implementing support models

10. Ensuring the interests of programme sponsors are met by the project and programme

11. Leading other high-performing team members; displaying flexibility in using a range of influencing styles in order to build strong sustainable relationships whilst demonstrating the firm's values

This role is for you if you have:

12. Demonstrable experience as a Training specialist on large-scale transformation programmes, underpinned by technology, in one or more industries

13. Experience of delivering Training within large-scale ERP SAP programmes.

14. Experience of delivering Training in programmes that are multi-site / regional / global

15. A proven track record in helping global brands transform their organisations, taking a lead role for Training needed to deliver a successful solution

16. Demonstrable experience of driving client adoption of systems, processes and new ways of working through an innovative and forward-thinking approach to Training

17. Experience delivering key Training activities, such as Training Needs Assessments, Training Curriculums, Training material development, Training classroom delivery

18. Some knowledge and understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes

19. Previous consulting experience is a must!

20. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills

21. Demonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving technology landscape
