Maintenance Technician
Location: County Monaghan, Ireland
Salary: €38,000 – €42,000
Hours: Day Shift | 40 Hours per Week
Overtime: Available During Seasonal Periods

You'll be working with bespoke machinery, ensuring equipment runs like clockwork and helping to deliver top-quality food products across Ireland and beyond.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Maintain and service a wide range of plant and production machinery
React quickly to breakdowns and ensure timely, documented repairs
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to implement and improve Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
Support production planning by ensuring equipment reliability
Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records
Maintenance Technician Experience:
Experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in plant, production, or special-purpose machinery
Electro-mechanical skillset, strong fault-finding and repair experience
Exposure to PLC systems is a plus (not essential – training can be provided)
A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to upskill
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications preferred
