An opportunity to join a leading international law firm in the real estate finance department at associate level circa 2 PQE +. Your role will offer exposure to a broad range of domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions, advising a diverse client base on major bilateral, syndicated and structured transactions
Experience required:
* Strong experience of LMA-style documentation
* Exposure to a range of lender and borrower-side transactions
* Experience on real estate finance transactions
