RedBull UK is currently recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Apprentice to be based in London, UK.

As a Compensation & Benefits Apprentice, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our reward and benefits programmes while working towards a recognised HR qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about payroll, benefits, wellbeing and data reporting all while contributing to a dynamic People team. You will report into the Compensation & Benefits Manager and work with Finance and external partners to ensure RedBull UK employees receive a competitive and seamless reward experience.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-energy, people-focused team. You will gain a strong grounding in the core aspects of business and management, understand the environment and the context surrounding the business’ operations.
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you'll achieve a BA honours degree in Business Management, complemented by accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).

Responsibilities
Areas that play to your strengths
* Some previous experience or exposure to an office or administrative environment (e.g. through work experience, part‑time work or volunteering).
* Experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or other data tools in a school, college or work setting.
* Experience handling confidential information responsibly (desirable).
* Interest in developing a career in HR, particularly in reward, payroll or analytics.
* Basic understanding of HR and its role within an organisation (e.g. recruitment, pay, employee support).
* Understanding of the importance of data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Willingness to learn about employment law, pay structures, benefits programmes, and compliance requirements.
* Numerical accuracy and attention to detail: comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and calculations.
* Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
* Good communication skills: clear and professional written and verbal communication.
* Teamwork and collaboration: able to build positive working relationships with colleagues across HR, Finance, and external partners.
* Problem‑solving mindset: curious and proactive in finding better ways to complete tasks.
* Discretion and confidentiality: able to handle sensitive employee and pay data responsibly.
* Eagerness to learn: open to feedback, training, and development in compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
* 3 or more A‑Levels (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
* As you will be receiving a degree at the end of the course, you must not already have a degree to apply.
* Travel 0–10%.
