Your responsibilities will include: Support the team on a diverse and high-quality caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, development work, and landlord-tenant matters. Demonstrate strong commercial and technical expertise in handling a variety of real estate matters. Work closely with clients, providing advice and representation on a range of real estate issues. Participate in business development activities to help grow the practice and expand client relationships. Contribute to the growth agenda of the practice, supporting wider team goals. Develop and enhance your career, with opportunities to progress to the next level and beyond. The successful candidate: 2 years PQE in real estate law. Experience in real estate matters like acquisitions, disposals, development, and landlord-tenant issues. Ability to work closely with clients and provide effective advice. Experience in business development and building client relationships. Motivated to grow professionally and take on new challenges. Development experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
