Avenue Recruitment are currently seeking a temp Administrator to join a successful and established organisation in Glenrothes. This will be temporary ongoing but may go longer term.
Key duties will include:
Provide administrative support, including filing and data entry
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
Load and dispatch customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Prepare and send invoices to customers
Maintain accurate records and digital files
General administrative support to the team as required
Use of company ERP systemYou will have the following key skills and experience:
Previous experience in an administration role
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn new systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
