Join to apply for the Administration Assistant role at Redkite Solicitors.
Location: Haverfordwest. Start date: ASAP. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
What you will be doing
* Be the face of Redkite: Welcome clients, colleagues, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, whether in person or over the phone.
* Keep things running smoothly: Manage administrative and archiving enquiries with efficiency, ensuring high standards of client care are maintained.
* Support the teams success: Assist with file-opening, scanning, printing, posting, and a wide range of essential office tasks that keep the firm moving forward.
* Step into the spotlight: Provide professional front-of-house cover when needed, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
* Take ownership of organisation: Play a key role in archiving, moving, and organising files between departments and storage, keeping records in order.
Who we’re looking for
* Strong IT skills: Confident with data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
* Attention to detail: Excellent accuracy, communication skills, and client care.
* Time management: Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Team player: Collaborative, with a willingness to learn from and support others.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role.
