You'll lead by example, drive service standards, and contribute to the continued success of a venue much-loved by locals and visitors alike. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate front and back-of-house teams Help deliver an exceptional guest experience through strong leadership and attention to detail Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow the business Take ownership of operational standards when deputising for the General Manager Manage function and bedroom bookings with professionalism and care Support the delivery of financial targets through careful cost control and team engagement What We’re Looking For in an Assistant Manager: Previous supervisory experience in a premium hospitality venue Confident leadership style and a passion for quality food & drink A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on guest satisfaction Well-organised and efficient, especially when handling bookings and event planning A “whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done Own transport is essential due to our rural location Grow with Balfour Hospitality This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager looking to grow within a respected and supportive hospitality group.
