About the Role As a KAM, you’ll be the trusted partner for some of our most valued clients, ensuring outstanding service, commercial success, and long-term partnership growth. You will work closely with internal teams and support Regional Account Managers (RAMs) to deliver consistent, high-quality results. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Client Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients Create and execute tailored account strategies aligned with client goals Serve as the lead point of contact for all client needs Provide clear, timely, and value-driven reporting to clients and stakeholders Team Support & Oversight Coach and support RAMs to meet targets Guide account strategy and client handling across your region Act as escalation point for RAMs and assist in resolving complex issues Review and analyse team performance and client outcomes Revenue & Retention Focus Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities Achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets Reduce churn by nurturing relationships and enhancing client satisfaction Client Advocacy & Collaboration Represent client feedback internally, influencing product and service improvements Collaborate across sales, product, and operations teams Drive continuous improvement in the client experience Market Intelligence & Compliance Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity Ensure all activity meets compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards What We’re Looking For Proven experience in key or regional account management (automotive, aftersales, or insurance preferred) Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills Track record of achieving commercial growth and client satisfaction Confident in performance analysis and presenting actionable insight Collaborative leader who can support and elevate team performance Your Authority Design and implement client account strategies Guide and support RAMs in resource allocation and performance delivery Negotiate within agreed thresholds and escalate high-impact opportunities Represent GardX in key client meetings and planning sessions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction RAM performance and target attainment Accuracy and quality of reporting Strategic input and operational efficiency Why GardX?
