As a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer, you will be offered:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer, your duties will include:
6. Conducting rental valuations and winning new landlord instructions
7. Generating and converting new lettings listings
8. Managing and maintaining a pipeline of available rental properties
9. Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
10. Agreeing lets and ensuring a smooth process through to move-in
11. Proactively generating new landlord business
12. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
13. Meeting and exceeding agreed lettings and listing targets
14. Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining accurate records
15. Contributing to a high-performance, team-focused office culture
To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:
16. Proven lettings listing experience within an estate agency (essential)
17. Strong negotiation and closing skills
18. Experience bringing multiple rental properties to market each month (or working towards this level)
19. Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations
20. Resilient and able to handle objections and challenges professionally
21. Full accountability for personal performance and results
