About the pub
The Chalkhill Blue in Andover has the winning charm of a pub coupled with restaurant fare. A convenient location just off the A303 the pub attracts diners, drinkers and families. Outside there is a beautiful beer garden with a covered terrace and a private pagoda. Inside provides an Adult/family experience. Due to the pubs proximity to the retail park and nearby military base, there is lots of opportunity to drive sales.
The Chalkhill blue is currently averaging £24,000 in weekly sales with a 65/35 dry to wet sales mix. There scope here to grow the wet sales, we are looking for someone who is used to a busy food-led environment. Someone who can deliver sales as well as a great atmosphere in pub that makes guests return.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a spacious 3 bedroomed flat.
