About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on customer sites across the UK, performing swap-outs and replacements of retail IT devices. This role involves significant driving, so a clean driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site swap-out services in line with customer contracts.
* Maintain van stock and ensure all parts are processed correctly.
* Complete all paperwork accurately to meet customer requirements.
* Support project installations and assist colleagues when needed.
* Comply with health and safety standards and maintain certifications.
* Keep company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition.
* Attend periodic meetings and training at Head Office.
