Key Responsibilities
You’ll take the lead in delivering a world-class guest journey:
9. Oversee the Front of House operation, ensuring smooth daily and nightly running
10. Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, seamless service
11. Act as an ambassador for the hotel, proactively engaging with guests throughout their stay

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a hands-on and passionate hospitality professional who can inspire confidence and deliver exceptional service:
13. Previous experience as a duty manager or similar within a luxury 5 star hotel environment
14. Strong leadership and communication skills
15. A guest-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
16. Confidence in managing a high-end Front of House operation
17. A car driver is essential
