We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to oversee the smooth delivery of service at our busy location. Working closely with the catering and kitchen teams, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome, exceptional service, and high-quality food presentation. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
* Maintain high standards of food presentation and dining area cleanliness
* Ensure all hospitality events run smoothly and professionally
* Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a positive and proactive way
* Support with ordering, stock control, and record keeping
* Uphold all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
Qualifications
* Experience in a front-of-house or customer service supervisory role
* Strong leadership and people skills, with a positive and approachable manner
* Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written
* Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
* Knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures
* Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great customer experience

* Rate Per Hour: £12.50
