The Education Network is currently recruiting a committed and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to work within supportive schools across Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with behavioural, social, and emotional needs, and who are confident working within challenging but rewarding environments.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
Support students both inside and outside the classroom
Implement behaviour management strategies and support plans
Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress
Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to ensure consistent supportRequirements:
Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (school, youth work, care, or similar setting)
Strong behaviour management skills
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional boundaries
