Location: Outskirts of Hassocks
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
Salary: £35, - £40, per annum

Office Angels is currently recruiting on behalf of our growing client or a Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project or Technical administrator to take the next step in their career within a busy and supportive team environment.
Our client offers a stable, well-structured workplace where your skills in organisation, coordination, and communication will be key to ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
In this varied and hands-on role, you'll support project managers and contribute to efficient project execution through tasks such as:
* Coordinating project timelines and deliverables
* Maintaining and updating documentation and records
* Preparing reports, presentations, and project summaries
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Managing calendars, meetings, and scheduling
* Processing invoices and tracking budgets
* Assisting with the preparation of technical drawings and documentation
* Uploading and monitoring work schedules within internal systems
* Tracking material costs and compiling project-specific data
* Supporting with document management including insurance and policy updates
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and communication skills. You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in a project-based or technical administrator role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Previous experience in CAD is preferrable
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
