The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work across live development projects, new acquisitions, and portfolio performance — supporting decision making through financial analysis and market insight.
You will gain exposure to the full property development lifecycle and play a key role in evaluating opportunities and monitoring the performance and success of ongoing schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, update, and review development appraisals based on evolving cost, sales, and financing inputs
* Produce funding reports for equity and debt providers
* Support the process of securing development finance, including coordinating required information
* Assist with financial monitoring of live projects, including cost tracking; monthly drawdowns; identifying and addressing cost overruns; monitoring loan covenants
* Contribute to internal board presentations and reporting
* Review financial statements of prospective tenants and contractors to assess risk
* Collect and analyse sustainability data
* Maintain and update development and pipeline databases
* Support new site acquisitions, bids, and investment proposals
* Conduct market research and gather evidence to support development decisions
* Attend site visits, industry events, and stakeholder meetings
Candidate Profile
* 3–5 years’ experience in real estate, property, or a related field
* Strong numerical and analytical capability
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Understanding of property financial modelling and cashflows
* Knowledge of property investment and development principles
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, driven, and commercially minded with a strong work ethic
