The Opportunity
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and domain experts working on advanced AI and data-driven systems.
Your work will focus on turning complex data into actionable insight—supporting decision-making, improving systems, and solving real-world challenges across security, technology, and digital transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing, building, and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications
* Working with large language models (LLMs) to develop intelligent systems and tools
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production environments
* Conducting research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping
* Implementing MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
* Translating business and stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions
* Continuously improving AI/ML systems, frameworks, and performance
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who combine strong technical ability with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
* Strong Python skills
* Experience building ML models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
* Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agents)
* Understanding of MLOps principles and tools (e.g. MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases)
* Experience deploying solutions in AWS or cloud environments
* Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
* Ability to translate complex requirements into practical AI solutions
* Passion for staying up to date with the latest AI/ML developments
