The Role: As a Mobile Plant Operative, you will be responsible for operating both fixed and mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently, in line with instructions from the Site Supervisor. You will also contribute to the smooth and compliant running of the site by supporting with maintenance, operational tasks, and general housekeeping. Key Responsibilities: Operate fixed and mobile plant safely in accordance with site instructions. Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on plant and machinery as directed. Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in line with manufacturer guidance and company procedures. Maintain a clean, organised, and tidy site environment. Assist with environmental monitoring, odour management, and record-keeping to support compliance with site permits.
