Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Consulting Manager to join our rapidly growing Management Consulting practice, specializing in Contact Centre Change and Transformation. The successful candidate will lead and manage consulting engagements, providing strategic advice and innovative solutions to clients undergoing significant organizational change.
What you'll be doing:
1. Engagement Leadership: Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through organizational transformations.
4. Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice.
6. Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change and transformation.
What experience you'll bring:
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is preferred.
8. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in management consulting or similar, with a focus on Contact Centre change and transformation, including TOM (Target Operating Model) creation/development and business development success.
9. Experience of supporting Business Change within the Retail market
