We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the EMEA New Business Development Leader for our iiPay business, part of our award-winning Global Payroll division. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, this full-time, permanent position can be based in our UK, Hungary, Poland, or Romania offices, offering regional coverage to make a significant impact on our payroll business and its growth.

This role involves managing iiPay’s relationship with clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality payroll services to our global client base. It is a highly visible role requiring strong relationship-building with various stakeholders.

All roles can be performed remotely with occasional office visits as requested. Our team members can work remotely, on a hybrid basis, or fully in-office, depending on their preference.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales growth by driving new business across the EMEA region. This quota-carrying role offers uncapped commission!

The role includes managing new prospects, qualifying opportunities, leading and closing sales, and supporting client growth. You will have an influential role in our high-growth sales team, helping us build on our year-to-date success.

The Business Development Manager will collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Commercial, Professional Services, and Operations, throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities:

* Handle complex sales cycles and present our SaaS global payroll solutions to meet sales targets in EMEA.
* Work with Inside Sales and Marketing to prospect and convert potential clients.
* Follow up on leads and manage pipeline growth and sales closure.
* Coordinate with the bid team to prepare tailored proposals.
* Contribute to RFQ responses for effective messaging and positioning.
* Develop strategic selling approaches for each market and prospect.
* Act as a 'Hunter' to identify new companies and support sales plans.
* Conduct discovery and demonstrations during prospect meetings.
* Prepare pricing and lead negotiations.
* Enhance brand exposure through industry events and market insights.
* Review sales progress with leadership.

Attributes/Technical Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, results-oriented, self-starter mentality.
* Experience selling SaaS or technology-enabled services to organizations over $25M revenue.
* Desirable: expertise in the global payroll market.
* Experience selling into global organizations, primarily with EMEA HQs.
* Proven track record in new business sales performance YoY.
* Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple influencers.
* Ability to work across verticals and geographies, adapting communication to different audiences.
* Ability to create new markets and maximize territory opportunities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Matrix management skills to support client engagements.

Relevant Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a proven target achievement record.
