Now Hiring: Band 4 Nursing Associate - Community Nursing (Plymouth) Locations: Beauchamp Centre | Cumberland Centre | Plympton Clinic | Thornberry Centre Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week, working on a 7-day rota including weekends and bank holidays Driving: Own vehicle required - community-based role We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our Adult Frailty Specialist Services team. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their own homes, including care home settings across Plymouth.
