6. The right to work in the UK
7. Reliable transport to travel between clients
8. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)

10. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
11. The ability to work independently while following care plans and guidance
12. A genuine passion for helping others

What you’ll be doing
As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You’ll support clients to remain independent, safe, and happy at home by:
13. Providing companionship and emotional support
14. Preparing meals and helping with everyday household tasks
15. Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and professionalism
16. Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and connected
17. Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or outings
18. Helping create enjoyable moments, whether that’s a trip to our Companionship Café or simply sharing a cup of tea and conversation
