A service driven, energetic Senior Associate level Corporate Solicitor is wanted for a super-hybrid, 2 days London office, with a punching SME London law firm. A plug and play caseload with strong and secure referral steams, salary will likely begin with a 1 and is negotiable dependent on experience. Would suit South East of England based candidates within an hour of the capital.
The Senior Corporate Associate caseload will vary from day to day and week to week, orientated around mergers and acquisitions, finance, restructuring, joint ventures and capital raising. Deal values will be up to £20 or £30m, with the bread and butter being in the region of £1m to £5m.
Applications are invited from client focused, positive thinking Senior Associate level Corporate Solicitors who are looking to progress their careers in a super-hybrid SME law firm that will provide access to high quality work and blue sky career progression. The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 8 years Corporate Law experience in a small to medium sized law firm, and be familiar with the workings of established family businesses, start ups and scale ups. Good communication and people skills are essential.
