What youll be doing: Leading, coaching and motivating the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food. Overseeing food preparation, cooking and presentation across all sections. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards. Creating innovative dishes and contributing to menu development. Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and minimising waste. Working efficiently under pressure, particularly during peak service times. Collaborating with the wider management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. About you: Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or in a similar senior culinary role. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to inspire a team. Excellent culinary skills and a passion for food innovation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. NVQ Level 3 in Culinary Arts (desirable). Flexible and committed, with strong communication skills.
