Job title: Temporary Accommodation Team Leader
Salary: P01 35-37 (£38,441 - £40,525) per annum
Contract: Fixed term to 31 March 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Dumfries and Annan

About the role
This project provides homeless people with temporary accommodation in a safe and secure environment. The Team Leader will provide day to day guidance and supervision to the support staff in the project team and will deliver direct support to homeless people living in the accommodation. They will oversee all aspects of occupancy and void management within the project and will be responsible for the day to day running of the project. All successful candidates will be required to register with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups scheme.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience of performance management in a similar support environment, operating in a person-centred approach and working within Care Inspectorate requirements as well as having a sound understanding of the Health and Social Care Standards
