The position of Sous Chef is available at a popular town centre pub/restaurant which has a great reputation for offering its guests good quality dining. The pub restaurant serves seasonal dishes, using fresh ingredients served in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. This is a friendly local pub with an ambitious Owner who is very supportive of the kitchen team. In this role of Sous Chef you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen and managing the kitchen in his absence.
Requirements:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced, “foodie” sous chef with a proven track record working in fresh food kitchens to a 1AA Rosette standard.
