We are looking for a Care Manager to support the Manager and be responsible for all care standards in the home. You will oversee all personal care and Rose Model observations, while assisting with training and evaluation. To assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate training for staff. To have designated responsibility for the ordering, recording, administration and disposal of the homes medication system Assisting with maintaining adequate staffing levels and the correct mix of staff Essential Skills, Characteristics and Experience: Must hold at least a NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care. Experience in dementia care.
